Which was Hartalika Teej's last name?

Hartalika Teej is named for the legend that is related to it. Harat is a reference to "abduction" while Aalika means "female friend". The mythology tells us that goddess Parvatihad a friend who took Parvati to the thick forest to shield her from her father, who was trying to marry her to Lord Vishnu

For newly married women, Hariyali Teej rituals are crucial. Women are invited to their homes by their parents and given Shringaritems such as Sindoor (vermilion), Bindi (forehead), Mehendi, henna, Bangles, etc. The parents also provide clothes and jewelry to the girl and her mother in law.

Hariyali Teej is the day in which married women pay homage to Goddess Parvati. Hariyali Teej is a day to celebrate special events, fairs and swings. Folk songs are also played.

Hariyali Teej is often celebrated in Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and the northern regions of India.

Hartalika Teej is yet another significant Teej festival. Hartalika Teej in accordance with the Hindu calendar, is observed on the third day Shukla Paksha in the Hindu month of Bhadrapada.

While the rituals of Hartalika Teej are able to be performed in the same manner as all Teej Vrats they are different. There are some differences:
